The Role

As an HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle remains safe and roadworthy
• Completing deliveries and collections in line with manifests and schedules
• Communicating effectively with the traffic office and reporting any delays or issues promptly
• Following all company policies, customer requirements, and Highway Code regulations
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
• Complying with EU Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive, and tachograph regulations
• Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy, and presentable

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A valid LGV C+E (Class 1) Licence
• A valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Strong communication skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
