Maidens of Telford are recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to join their team at their site in Telford.
- Mon – Fri
- 40 hours
- National Minimum Wage, age relevant
- Course: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

About the job:
- Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveries
- Answering customer calls and managing customer enquiries
- Ensuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functions
- Making sure POD’s are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customers
- Monitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on time
