Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are recruiting a QSHE Co-Ordinator to join their team in Manchester.

  • 37.5 hours per week

About the job:
  • Enforce all company rules and regulations

  • Ensure Product Safety and Quality Culture is maintained and promoted
  • Maintain high levels of health and safety on site
  • Provide advice to senior managers on all quality matters and work with each department to achieve the quality objectives.
  • Support, monitor and assist all employees to ensure they have the ability to complete their daily tasks in accordance with any Quality, Compliance and Health and Safety regulations without taking, or causing any additional risks.
  • Manage the production and reporting of Quality KPI’s and ensure the sites are adhering to the agreed KPI’s.
  • Support with internal audit program against all acquired standards and leadall customer and supplier audits to ensure the acquired standards are being maintained
  • Support with recertification of BRCGS Storage and Distribution, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
  • Manage the Customer Complaints process and investigate, report and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor hygiene and housekeeping regime to ensure high standard levels are met (this would include site audits)
  • Implement all relevant quality training and development to ensure all people attain the relevant skill set to ensure a quality led service delivery from an engaged workforce
  • Continuous improvement
  • Completing risk assessments and SSOW.
  • Implementing policies and procedures
  • Demonstratable experience of managing a successful quality management system
  • Ensure Standards are maintained throughout warehousing
Your knowledge and experience:
  • • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word & Excel and Office 365 Tools

    • Demonstrable organisational skills are essential.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal format to clients, staff and third parties alike
    • Relevant qualification relating to Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality
    • Extensive demonstrable working knowledge of managing an Internal Management system.
    • Detailed understanding and application of at least one of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and awareness of the requirements of the remaining 2 standards.
    •  Internal Auditing experience in BRCGS storage and distribution v4 or ISO 9001.
    • Ability to prepare comprehensive, clear, concise reports.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work without close supervision and capable of providing strong leadership.
