🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly:

  •         Use phones and emails to communicate with customers to communicate any issues or to celebrate some good news.
  • 🎯 Make sure every interaction reflects our high service standards — accurate, timely, and friendly.
  • πŸ“… Book in deliveries and keep customers updated on any changes — keeping everything on track and stress-free.
  • 🀝 Build strong working relationships with your colleagues across the business — we work as One Team.
  • 🎯Track and trace deliveries and keep customers up to date on any issues throughout the day.  
  • πŸ“…Use simple KPI excel spreadsheets to keep a log of all deliveries for selected customers for their viewing.

  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or account management role - desirable but certainly not essential.
  • Experience within transport, warehousing or logistics is a bonus — but not essential.
  • A genuine team player with the drive to learn and grow.
