π§© What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly:
- Use phones and emails to communicate with customers to communicate any issues or to celebrate some good news.
- π― Make sure every interaction reflects our high service standards — accurate, timely, and friendly.

Book in deliveries and keep customers updated on any changes — keeping everything on track and stress-free.
- π€ Build strong working relationships with your colleagues across the business — we work as One Team.
- π―Track and trace deliveries and keep customers up to date on any issues throughout the day.

Use simple KPI excel spreadsheets to keep a log of all deliveries for selected customers for their viewing.

- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
π Qualifications & Experience
- GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Previous experience in a customer service or account management role - desirable but certainly not essential.
- Experience within transport, warehousing or logistics is a bonus — but not essential.
- A genuine team player with the drive to learn and grow.
