Kinaxia Logistics is on the lookout for a passionate, detail-oriented Customer Billings Clerk to help us keep our billing processes smooth, accurate, and customer-focused. What You’ll Do:

In this exciting role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to customer billing. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to onboard new customers and ensure their accounts are set up accurately. From managing billing cycles to answering customer queries, you’ll be the key to maintaining strong relationships with our clients by providing top-tier service. And of course, accuracy is at the heart of everything you do!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to seamlessly onboard new customers.
• Set up and validate customer accounts, ensuring pricing, tariffs, and compliance with company policies are spot on.
• Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers to mitigate risk.
• Manage billing cycles to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Handle customer queries by providing clear, accurate information and maintaining excellent service.
• Maintain accuracy by inputting and reconciling data across systems, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
• Help improve processes within the billing function for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build positive relationships with customers and always maintain confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a real impact! You’ll need:

• A solid understanding of billing processes (experience with accounting software is a big plus!).
• Strong numeracy skills and keen attention to detail.
• The ability to manage your time and hit deadlines with ease.
• A continuous improvement mindset – always thinking of ways to make things better.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities to keep everything running smoothly.

Previous experience in billing, customer onboarding, or working in an office environment is essential. An AAT or similar accounting qualification would be fantastic, but it’s not a deal-breaker if you’ve got the right skills and drive!
